Very structured process: met with HR folks about the interview process; received emails about the company's 14 Leadership Principles. I thought the first interview with management went well, but that was followed by an abrupt cutoff. Annoying that my rejection email included boilerplate saying that Amazon gives no feedback to interviewees, and then that was followed by an email requesting feedback to Amazon.
