Telephone Interview - 2 days to hear back from Amazon - this interview consisted of one leadership based principle by Amazon and lasted aprox 30 mins.
Onsite interview - 5 days to get feedback or job offer. this consisted of 4 40 minute interviews. Each interviewer asked 2 Leadership Principle questions from Amazon Leadership principles.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
