Step 1: Email from recruiter four months after applying to position to setup phone interview Step 2: Phone interview with hiring manager Step 3: On site interview with three people The recruiter called me a week later to let me know that I had passed the interview process and they're were not trying to determine the right person for the location I had interviewed for. They mention if I wasn't selected for this role that I would be eligible for another role in another location. Got a call a week later stating I was not selected for the role I interviewed for. The recruiter informed me of the locations that had opening and asked if I was interested in relocating. I was told that I would receive an email with the job number and I wouldn't have to interview again, just speak with the hiring manager. I emailed the recruiter the location I was interested in and never received a response. I called to follow up and sent a follow up email and still nothing. Till this day I have not heard from the recruiter. It would have been nice to know if something had change. Why offer me another position and not follow up.
