I felt very fair through interview, to be reviewed my portfolio and Q&As with a little conversation took only about half an hour. Then took me quick studio tour and finished.

Entrevista
A long wait (months) between communications, but you need this time to revise the massive undertaking of learning their Leadership Principles, and having to come up with a minimum of 3 examples of each relating to your career, and then compose and rehearse a 15 minute speech per example using the STAR method. So that's 51 examples lasting 15 mins each you have to learn by heart, because if you're lucky you're going to sit through 5 interviews and deliver these examples without repetition, hesitation or deviation.
And if you're lucky enough to get the job (which you probably won't, because they're hiring internally but still making candidates do all this pointless work) if you're lucky enough, you better hope that you're not just a Hire-to-Fire/Unregretted Attrition Rate victim.

The manager of the photo studio will hold the first interview, and other 5 manager from other departments will do the second round. The second round consists of 5 interviews in one day. It was intense but they were professional.
