Send in an online application for the position. I heard back from a recruiter the same week and scheduled a phone interview the week after the following week. Communications with the recruiter was great and straight forward. The interviewer held a senior position within the company, was very friendly, calm and knowledgable.

Process was quick but intense. Initial recruiter interview with a couple questions then schedules two days for 5 group interviews. About an hour each. Each revolving around the STAR format.

Not too bad, initial process of game play is very tedious - not the easiest to figure out what exactly it is that they are looking for from you during those games, whether or not it is determination to completely finish and complete games or to display good time management and move on as soon as you have finished the set time you have yourself
