So we're stuck uncomfortable in a room by ourselves waiting for someone to show up from across the country on a flatscreen tv to blindly ask us ridiculous behavioral questions, aka "tell me about a time you wiped your neighbors tears when no trick or treaters showed up at his/her house?" "What was the outcome?" Additionally, there were plenty other questions about how i grew up, my work style, etc. on top of that there was also the stupidest "questionnaire" quiz I've ever taken about how to be a campaign manager. After all was said and done. They set up a time to talk to me over the phone... Don't be fooled by this.... This may not be a job offer... They actually set up time to reject you over the phone. I've had break ups that have gone better than my interview with Amazon.
