It was super long with many stages. Went to the final round with 2 interviews (45 min each) back to back. It was long, but all behavioral. They didn't ask any technicals, though.

Interview on Feb 5, last about 55mins, virtual meeting. 1 interviewer and 1 shadow interviwer. Introduce ourselves 5mins, ask two behavior quesitons and one case study 45mins and me asked questions 5mins.

First asking 2 behavior questions: 1. Tell me a time when you fail to fill the commitment due to tight schedule. 2. Tell me a time when you go beyound your responsibility. Tech question: Amazon HR team has implemented "talking with employee program" to reduce the quit and turnover, analyze this porgram.
Was a general IQ test + 3 interviews with the HR then 2 managers with different profiles, first a hard one, pressuring during the interview and the second one a "good cop"
