It's total crap and I'd better describe it as a scam!
They asked me to redesign their entire mobile app with a deadline of 2 weeks.
After I expressed my concern about the task, they still insist I design the entire app and send them a presentation by email.
Fellow designers, I know you might vulnerable during interviewing process but please open your eyes and do not ever do free work for a company, and who don't even know what is respect!

After an online application, I’ve been invited for a 30mins interview.
After this first round, I’ve been asked to complete a design challenge in a week.
Once delivered, I got a copy&paste negative feedback in 5 days, without the opportunity of discussing my work.
Nobody knows who’s in charge of assessing candidates’ works, and what experience this person has.
No answer to my kind request of receiving a technical and more detailed feedback.

it was easy, friendly, and orderly. I answered each question and they asked more. I liked how warm the interviewer was with the interview. Generally they came prepared and asked really technical questions.
