Unfortunately, the level of interviewers varied. Some were able to have a normal human conversation while others were reading questions from the screen. Example of questions: what are your strength, weaknesses and 10 year life plans. It is unclear what and how this information was processed but clearly indicated the level of the job was misrepresented to me. I would not expect a director level person be asked these personal questions.
