I applied for the Data Scientist Internship. I participated in the resume screening, take home assignment, and interview rounds. I had an awesome experience applying for this internship! Although I didn't get it, the HR was really great and responded promptly at every stage of the process. The most stressful round for me was the take home assignment, but if you understand statistics, you should do alright.

Overall pretty tough, had me sweating. Lots of substantive legal knowledge questions, pretty in-depth and complex, opinions on relevant legal topics within specific field, really nothing behavioral or any "typical" questions

Entrevista
The HR person was very unprofessional and did not even mention what would the interview be about, or with whom. The interview was scheduled 2 weeks prior, and I only discovered one day before that the interview will include a live SQL test, while she could've told me earlier to prepare, she also did not say who I am meeting with, I thought I will be meeting with HR, or someone for the Data team, to my surprise I was meeting with someone from the Markets Acquisition team. Overall super negative experience, showed me the level of unprofessionalism in Airbnb, I wouldn't want to work there.

Entrevista
I had a data challenge in which I had about a week to complete a task evaluating the impact of an initiative on bookings.
This was followed by a technical phone interview (about 1 hour) with a data science manager focused on knowledge of A/B testing and similar topics and a cultural fit interview focused on company values.
Finally, I had a phone interview with a data science manager similar to the first technical interview but a bit harder.
The whole process took about 4 weeks to complete and each interview was about 1 hour long.
The recruiters were very responsive throughout.
