HR got my profile on LinkedIn and called in for an interview. She was extremely friendly and cleared all my queries regarding the JD.
1st round Written test basics of JS but was very length almost 30-40 questions
2nd round technical went through resume and asked a couple of syntaxes and design patterns. He was extremely professional in handling the interview.
3rd round technical about DS and Algos gave me enough time to solve the problem and was extremely patient and supportive of my solutions also asked to cover edge cases with the solution.
4th and final round with senior engineer of AirAsia until this point everything about the interview was perfect. But the engineer was extremely rude did not allow me to solve the problems wanted me to solve in only in his way. Also when I was able to solve the problem with a different solution he had a total ego clash went downhill from that point. He tried to micromanage me during the interview. I had to stop the interview and left after his unprofessional conduct.
Very easy to crack technical interview but engineering lead micromanage everything there is no creative freedom.
