Numerous rounds starting with telephonic interview followed by 2-3 technical rounds then Skype interview followed with HR round, VP also taking interview and god knows what next rounds are there. It's a clear case of unstructured recruitment process where even after conducting 7-8 rounds they are not sure if they want to hire you. Request management to atleast not waste candidates time who is travelling from far suburbs. Also please give honest feedback. Candidates want an exact answer and timeline for your interview process.
