I found that the interviewer responsible for conducting the interview exhibited unprofessional behaviour, appearing dismissive and uninterested in my responses which not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere but also raised concerns about the company's culture and values. It was evident that they had no clear values guiding their approach, which further detracted from the overall experience. This lack of professionalism clearly raises concerns about the company's culture and commitment to fostering a respectful environment for candidates.
