First I was asked to join a short phone call where I explained my background and experience. To be fair, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and we had a great conversation. They asked for a video interview the following week with more of the team where I was asked nearly the exactly same questions again by a man who was typing on his computer in the background and barely paying attention to me the entire time. After that interview, they sent me a project. This project would have taken nearly 2 hours and involved content creation. I told them that I don't agree with doing a project before receiving an offer and still completed the project but without creating any content for them. I was rejected the next business day via a 1-sentence email saying the "role had been filled."
