The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: - Manage the receipt, review, and distribution of all project documents to relevant stakeholders. - Maintain an up-to-date filing system for both electronic and hard copy documentation. - Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and project specifications. - Track document revisions and ensure timely updates and notifications to project teams. - Coordinate with various departments to facilitate document flow and resolve discrepancies. - Support audit and compliance processes by providing accurate and accessible documentation records. - Assist in preparing reports related to document control activities as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Proficient in document management software and MS Office Suite. - Knowledge of construction industry documentation and compliance standards. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. - Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Records Management, or related field is preferred.
