The Role
Ahmadyar Developments is seeking an experienced Document Controller & DTP Operator to support project documentation, reporting, and desktop publishing activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with document control systems in a project environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and control all project-related documents in line with company and project procedures • Coordinate document submission, review, and distribution with internal teams and external stakeholders • Prepare and generate project reports as required • Perform DTP (Desktop Publishing) operations including formatting, editing, and finalizing documents • Maintain document registers, logs, and version control • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for document-related matters • Ensure timely filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents
Requirements
Qualifications • Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field Experience • 4–5 years of experience in document control and DTP operations, preferably in projects or construction-related environments Required Skills & System Knowledge • Strong knowledge of Project Document Control processes • Experience with ACONEX and ERP systems • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with internet browsing and professional email communication • Good organizational and coordination skills Salary Range • AED 4,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience)
