About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—pitching, closing deals, and building strong client relationships—while coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Close sales deals for customizable Brandware solutions
  • Engage clients and key decision-makers with professional presentations and persuasive proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution
  • Prepare clear, professional quotations and proposals tailored to each client’s needs
  • Maintain organized records, follow-ups, and a strong sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive in English, both written and spoken
  • Results-Oriented Seller: Comfortable meeting clients, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Sales/Accounts Experience: Minimum 1 year in corporate sales or accounts management
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to understand client needs and offer fully customizable solutions

Pay range and compensation package

  • Basic Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 (based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full onsite role; work-from-home arrangement may be allowed depending on tasks)
  • Commissions: Confidential, competitive rates
