We are looking for a Sales Executive who can confidently engage decision-makers, lead structured client conversations, and close high-value deals with professionalism and precision.

What You’ll Do

Lead High-Value Sales Conversations

  • Engage business owners, executives, and decision-makers to understand their brand and operational needs.

Drive End-to-End Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry, quotation, and presentation to closing and turnover to project teams.

Build Strategic Client Relationships

  • Position Tailored Projects as a long-term partner by delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that elevate brand presence.

Create Clear & Professional Proposals

  • Develop structured quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery.

Maintain Pipeline & Systems Discipline

  • Keep accurate records, follow-ups, and forecasting to ensure consistent sales performance.

Fluent Communicator
Speaks and writes English with clarity, confidence, and strong business presence.

Persuasive Closer
Proven ability (or strong potential) to close high-value B2B deals and handle decision-makers.

Globally-Aligned Professional
Demonstrates polish, structure, and professionalism aligned with international standards and clients.

Organized Executor
Creates clean proposals, tracks deals effectively, and follows structured sales processes.

Coachable & Growth-Oriented
Thrives in feedback-driven environments and actively works on improving performance.

Handles client relationships and sensitive information with integrity and consistency.

Preferred Advantages

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
