The Role

The Sales Head is the engine behind BloomLED's commercial growth. You won't just hit targets — you'll build a sales team that consistently exceeds them.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with every sales rep — zero misses
  • Identify each rep's motivations and tailor coaching accordingly
  • Own rep performance: every person knows their number, their gap, and their next move

Sales Systems & Playbook

  • Document and continuously improve BloomLED's sales playbook
  • Build script libraries, objection-handling guides, and onboarding materials
  • Cut new-hire ramp time in half through structured systems

Key Account Management

  • Own relationships with top accounts
  • Conduct at least 2 solo key account meetings per month
  • Represent BloomLED at the highest level in every client interaction

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Keep HubSpot pipeline 100% accurate — updated within 24 hours of every interaction
  • Own lead qualification: know where every peso sits in the pipeline at all times

Culture & Standards

  • Facilitate team Role Practices at least twice a month. Set the emotional tone — calm, focused, and forward even on hard weeks

What Success Looks Like

  • Annual Sales Closed Value (₱400M minimum)
  • Lead-to-Close Conversion Rate (20%)
  • Weekly 1-on-1 Completion Rate (100% — no misses)
  • Role Practices Facilitated (2x per month minimum)
  • Rep Quota Attainment Rate (≥80% of team on target)
  • HubSpot Pipeline Accuracy (Updated within 24 hours)
  • Solo Key Account Meetings (2x per month minimum)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years leading a B2B sales team, marketing team, or training function of at least 5 people
  • Has personally driven or closed high-value deals, campaigns, or programs above ₱5M
  • Has built or co-built a playbook, script library, training program, or operational system
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) as a leadership instrument — not just a reporting tool
  • Has managed key accounts or stakeholder relationships independently, without a founder or CEO present.
  • Has coached at least one underperforming team member back to full performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
