Freelance - Klaviyo & Meta Expert

Remote

The Role

We are not looking for someone to manage email blasts. We are looking for someone who sees the full funnel before we do — who can walk into our Klaviyo account, immediately diagnose what is broken, and build a segmentation and flow architecture that turns customer behavior into revenue, automatically.

You will build Klaviyo as the backbone of our D2C retention strategy — fully integrated with Shopify behavioral triggers and Meta ads as one closed performance loop. You move with intention. You are always building toward something bigger. And by Month 6, our team can run everything.

What You Will Deliver

Weeks 1–2 — Audit & Architecture

  • Complete Klaviyo account audit: flows, segments, lists, deliverability, integrations
  • Design and document full segmentation architecture from scratch
  • Present findings and 90-day roadmap before building anything

Months 1–2 — Build Design, build, and optimize all 6 core flows:

  • Welcome Series
  • Abandoned Cart Recovery
  • Post-Purchase (onboarding + review + upsell)
  • Win-Back
  • VIP / High-Value Customer
  • Lead Nurture

Full Integration Setup

  • Connect Shopify behavioral triggers into Klaviyo flows (browse abandon, purchase history, product categories)
  • Build Meta custom audiences from Klaviyo segments
  • Set up suppression lists to protect ad spend and deliverability
  • Configure retargeting loops: Klaviyo segment → Meta audience → flow re-entry

Ongoing (Monthly)

  • Email calendar: planned campaigns, seasonal triggers, and promotional sends
  • Monthly performance report: open rates, click rates, revenue per recipient, attributed revenue
  • Segmentation logic doc + flow update log every month

Months 4–6 — Transfer

  • Train internal team to manage Klaviyo independently
  • Document every flow, segment, and logic decision in a master handoff doc
  • Full independence achieved by Month 6

KPI/ TARGET

  • Klaviyo Audit + Segmentation Architecture Within 2 weeks
  • All 6 Flows Live & Optimized Within 60 days
  • Email Open Rate 20%+ (sustained)
  • Revenue Attributed to Email Month-on-month improvement
  • Segmentation Logic Doc + Flow LogDelivered monthly
  • Full Team Independence on Klaviyo By Month 6

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Klaviyo-specific experience — not general email marketing, Klaviyo specifically
  • Has built segmentation architecture from scratch — not inherited someone else's setup
  • Proven, hands-on Shopify + Klaviyo integration experience (behavioral triggers, not just order confirmations)
  • Has connected Klaviyo segments to Meta custom audiences and suppression lists — done it, not just knows how
  • Can show proof: revenue per recipient data, before/after open rate and conversion numbers, and a segmentation architecture they personally built

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From Php700.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
