On 13 July 2022, Tokopedia is honored to attend the Indonesian Digital Finance Festival (FEKDI) held by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI) on the casual talk panelist session entitled “Acceleration of digital innovation of payment integration through the implementation of Indonesia National Open API Payment”. As a part of the SNAP working group, Tokopedia is among the first to implement the new standard. On 17 June 2022, Tokopedia and Unilever Indonesia signed an MoU to empower women MSME in Indonesia at the B20 Indonesia Women in Business Action Council forum (WIBAC) Side Event, which was also attended by our Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati in support of this program. This collaboration is one of Tokopedia's commitments to improving women MSME's entrepreneurial skills and digital financial literacy by providing them with opportunities to up-skill, access to capacity building, and assistance through digital literacy programs. This year, the main program starts in West Java and other areas covered by Tokopedia's CSR program. On the same occasion, our SVP of Public Policy and Government Relations, Astri Wahyuni also took part in the panel discussion and shared more about "Unlocking Inclusion of Women MSMEs in the Global Economy". We are thrilled to announce the launch of our disabled-friendly customer service center, Tokopedia Care in Yogyakarta. We were honored to have Special Region Yogyakarta Governor Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X to inaugurate Tokopedia Care at Sleman City Hall with our Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman, Leontinus Alpha Edison, and SVP of Sales Operation and Product, Rudy A. Dalimunthe. This new facility allows us to strengthen our commitment of providing the best experience for our users while creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. To support the rise of local MSMEs, we will also feature a Merchant Engagement Hub to provide MSMEs access to business advice and various educational programs. We are also excited to unlock new opportunities for local digital talents, including women and people with disabilities. Thus far, we’re proud to have empowered more than 900 Nakama at the facility, most of whom are from Yogyakarta. Following the initial launch of the #BangkitBersama movement last month in Solo, Tokopedia as part of the GoTo ecosystem also held the #BangkitBersama movement in Surabaya, as part of our commitment to contribute to Indonesia's national economic recovery and further support our local MSMEs. The #BangkitBersama movement in Surabaya shared several initiatives involving three important elements in the GoTo ecosystem, such as MSMEs, consumers, and driver-partners.
