Last Thursday at Strada we had an inspiring session with 20 talented students from the Competency Acceleration Program (PAC), a leadership and personal development initiative we proudly run in collaboration with the University of Granada. Mentors, managers, and our coach joined to share insights about who we are and how we work. These high-potential students—selected from the university’s top academic records—are on an exciting journey to accelerate their skills and future career! 🚀
What a busy week in Granada it was! We’ve officially kicked off the 2025–2026 LABor Program at Strada Granada! This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Rosa Lopez-Andrade as our new Program Director, following six incredible years of leadership from José Yébenes. We celebrated our opening session together with students starting internships at our Granada offices and those exploring Europe through Erasmus. 🌍✨ But that’s not all! The Professional Skills Acceleration Program, the initiative lead in a collaboration with Talent Incubator and University of Granada is also live. This program empowers students with essential skills like leadership, creativity, and teamwork—preparing them for success in today’s dynamic world.
Last week we proudly launched the 6th edition of the Women’s Talent 4.0 Programme in collaboration with University of Granada and Talent Incubator. This initiative supports 15 incredible participants in boosting their digital skills, leadership, and teamwork—preparing them to join the tech sector. Last week, Strada was honoured with the Andalusian Brand of Excellence for 'Equality' - a prestigious distinction awarded by the regional Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality at a special ceremony in Seville, Spain. Only 45 companies across Andalusia received this recognition, which celebrates organisations that: - Actively promote equality between women and men in the workplace - Implement measures to improve the quality of employment for women - Strive to break glass ceilings, reduce the wage gap, and support work-life balance This recognition is a testament to the values we live by at Strada, and a timely reflection of our recently updated value of 'Care about our work and our people' that Anna O'Shea shared last week on All-Colleague Connect. We’re thrilled to welcome Matthew Bolson as Strada’s new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With over 28 years of experience in the HCM space, particularly in global payroll, workforce management, and services – Matt brings deep expertise and a proven track record. His strong industry partnerships and customer-first mindset will be instrumental as Strada continues to unlock new possibilities for organizations worldwide. Last week, our US colleagues, Lauryn Neas, Tina Turner, and Chakehria Brown, had the opportunity to represent Strada at the NBMBAA conference in Houston, TX. This event attracts over 10,000 attendees with over 300 companies represented.
