Last Friday we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Universidad de Granada to the Strada Granada Service Center as part of the COIL program. During the visit, we shared an overview of Strada, the role of the Granada Service Center, and how our operations in the Netherlands connect and collaborate within our global structure. It was a great opportunity to exchange perspectives, answer questions, and give the group a closer look at how international teamwork shapes our daily work. We truly enjoyed hosting such an engaged and curious group, and we hope to see them again soon at Strada. #StradaLife
Rapid global growth can bring big opportunities—but also big complexity. Through mergers and acquisitions, Tobii Dynavox found itself managing nearly 10 separate HR and payroll systems across four continents. Even simple tasks like producing a headcount report could take days, while new hires had to be entered manually across multiple platforms. To support its next phase of growth, Tobii Dynavox partnered with Strada to implement a unified Workday platform covering HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, and more—creating a scalable HR foundation for the future. With an ambitious goal of 20% annual growth over the next five years, the company is now focused on standardizing operations, automating processes, and enabling smarter global workforce management. Esto no es un adiós, es el comienzo de algo mucho más grande. | This isn't a goodbye; it's the beginning of something much bigger. 🚀 Last Friday, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special milestone: the closing ceremony of the Talento Mujer program, an initiative we proudly developed in collaboration with the Incubadora de Talento at the Universidad de Granada. Together, we’ve closed a chapter defined by intensive learning, collaboration, and personal growth — and opened the door to exciting new professional journeys. You’re stepping into this new phase equipped not only with technical tools, but with confidence and a strong support network behind you. On February 11, we brought together HR and IT leaders to discuss something that remains critical for organizations: how to build a true bridge between both areas. In this session, we shared the real transformation case of Ferrovial and discussed: ▪️ Governance between HR and IT ▪️ Cloud integrations and global architecture ▪️ Scalability without losing local control ▪️ How to turn technology into a competitive advantage The most interesting part wasn’t the technology itself, but the conversation: when HR and IT work in alignment, transformation stops being a project and becomes a capability. We continue building a community around the global transformation of payroll and HCM.

Go‑Live Alert: Port Houston Authority We’re proud to celebrate Port Houston’s successful go‑live on Workday HCM, Financial Management, Strategic Sourcing and Payroll, marking a major step in their enterprise modernization journey. Over the past 19 months, Port Houston set out to retire more than a dozen legacy systems across Finance, HR, Projects, Expenses, and Supplier Management. Despite organizational restructuring during the program, the Port Houston and Strada teams adapted, re‑sequenced work, and still delivered go‑live on schedule—an achievement that now enables the CIO’s broader modernization strategy. Strada supported the implementation through Advisory, Deployment Services, Payroll expertise, and our Supplier Invoice Automation solution, helping Port Houston streamline operations and prepare for future phases.
