Empowering change and community connection: Alicia Fligg—an Assistant Project Manager primarily supporting complex battery facility projects and a shining star among SSOE’s young professionals—also uses her talents to be an agent of change and impact her community. As a member of the board of the Young Leaders Society at the United Way of Greater Nashville, Alicia was recently spotlighted for her involvement in nonprofits in her community. Alicia began her journey of volunteering to connect with her new community after relocating, inspired by the belief that each of us has the power to make a difference. Alicia's sense of social responsibility and the conviction that individual actions can collectively create monumental change have made her a perfect fit for the SSOE community, which she just became a part of back in June. #SSOEsoutheast #SSOEcares #chooseSSOE

Ready to impress! We recently expanded our operations in Columbus, moving from East Campus View Boulevard to 8800 Lyra Drive near Polaris Founder’s Park. The renovations have been completed, with the final touch being our signature SSOE office branding—finalized just in time for our first client event in the new space later this week. We especially love The Buckeye Room, aptly named for our Ohio State fanatics' most important meetings, and our cozy nursing room, which reflects the comfort of our benefits package that offers all new parents six weeks of fully compensated time off (with an additional six weeks of disability at full pay for birth mothers). #SSOEcolumbus #chooseSSOE

It’s National Intern Day, a day to celebrate our future leaders: co-ops and interns! These individuals are a critical part of our talent pipeline, driving innovation across all areas of our business. We actively employ 41 talented and ambitious students across 17 colleges and universities this summer, though our program runs year-round. The students’ fresh perspectives and enthusiasm enhance our operations, contribute to our culture, and help build our future—keeping SSOE at the forefront of the industry. This year, we contributed more than $25,000 in scholarships. And today, with a gift card for all our co-ops and interns to commemorate their special day, we prove that sometimes there really is such a thing as a free lunch. #NationalInternDay #chooseSSOE
