Menopause is a topic where far too often those experiencing the shift feel unable to share their experiences and get the support they need at work. Kantar teamed up with Over The Bloody Moon, an organisation and community supporting people through perimenopause and menopause with a team of menopause specialists, classes, coaching and a menopause wellbeing platform. The event was an interactive conversation open to all employees, regardless of role, age, ability, or gender identity, to build awareness and offer guidance on supporting our colleagues during this significant life stage. Over 21 days, 1,111 Kantar employees trekked 120k miles virtually by engaging in over 45.6k activities to raise $55k for our global charity partner, Special Olympics International. What a phenomenal achievement! This year’s Virtual Team Kantar Challenge has been an exciting adventure with team spirit and healthy competition a-plenty as 130 teams raced from New Zealand to Canada to raise some much-needed funds for those with intellectual disabilities.
