- The company has some lack of guidelines and structure because of fast growth.

Cutting edge technology on biometrics.
Desventajas
Long hours of work without any acknowledgment. Management favoritism. Unfulfilled promises ( even if they are in writing) Lack of management integrity.

Ventajas
Pioneering company on some interesting areas like biometrics
Desventajas
Lack of organization, lack of culture, manager that don't know what they are doing, Software developers that are recruited for programming do all stuff but programming, the board is more focused on make money than in their people, products or clients, most people working there want to get out. In one word? Mess.

My advice was given while I worked there no one listened, so I hardly believe that someone on the board is going to read this.

* Work on a Bio-metric solution completely developed in-house, from hardware to software, being used all across the world. * There are very talented people on the company. * Company is experiencing a Rapid growth. * Many of the cons come with rapid growth and may be overcome in the future.
Desventajas
* Many people isn't being tasked what they have been hired for. * As a SW developer, I spend a lot of time not developing. * Poor definition of responsibilities of a given position and/or on a given project.

Ventajas
Great market, great concept, visionary ideas.
Desventajas
Lack of values and culture, total lack of transparency, upper management and middle management is filled with politics, impossible to trust CEO or Upper management as anything they promise is changed the next day. Great people and talent which is wasted by poor management, absent leaders and lack of honor, fair play and keeping to one's word. Total disorganization, complete amateur approach to on time delivery,... quality of products. Impossible to believe this company delivers security critical infrastructure. No space for employee empowerment or creativity, to people actually contributing to improve business, with a totally childish and archaic blame culture.
