To be honest it was a very straight forward interview and close to no questions were asked. A manager and a member of the HR was present at the interview

Entrevista

Very basic interview. They just asked me to talk a bit about my academic and professional path and described what they were expecting of me in broad terms. They were very quick to make an offer. From my interview I got the feeling that the recruiting process is not very demanding and that "almost anyone" can be selected to work at the company.

It started in a recruiting agency for a first selection. I then had 2 more interviews in the company directly with VP and CEO and they made me an offer. The process was really fast as they had a big urgency in the position

Entrevista

I was interviewed following an external recommendation that Vision-Box consider me as a potential employee. I had 3 interviews: Skype, face-to-face and another Skype. At the end of the final interview I was advised I would receive an offer within 5-7 days. I never heard from them again despite numerous attempts to receive feedback.
My advice to anyone interviewing with them would be to heavily question their corporate culture/ethics and get a firm understanding on the interview process including timings and who in the company has accountability for the hire.

Entrevista

Processo seletivo foi bem feito até a entrevista com um time de Portugal, após passar na entrevista com a gestão no Brasil e falar com os Portugueses não obtive nenhum retorno sobre a vaga e quando solicitei por e-mail 3 vezes fui informado que o processo ainda estava parado 2 meses depois desisti, pois acredito que a vaga ou foi preenchida ou cancelaram a contratação.
