Ventajas
Their Core Values are really good and they really apply them. Remuneration is good, including quarter bonuses. Life/work balance is very good. The general work ambient is very good.
Desventajas
It difficult to increase the salary. There are no annual salary reviews. You have to scale up your position to have a salary review and they are not high.
