Desventajas
I started to get staked in social media by the company for having a side job on my free days. This is totally allowed by the company. I had Covid and I felt extremely sick and they did not cover for me at all and I had to work while throwing up and having extremely high fevers. This happened twice during my stay at the company. They do not provide the tools to work but will bully you into taking loans from them to buy new tools if they don’t like yours. They never respected my chosen name even though I asked many time for them to do so. Extreme micromanagement with things that do not make any sense, or even things that they told you to do in the fist place. I was asked multiple times by the company to write a good review on Glassdoor so I understand now why they have high reviews even though they are a really unprofessional company. I know of people who are getting paid $400 a month and had been working for a year and people who have been in the same position for just a month getting paid twice as that. Not a consistent company in the slightest and very very unprofessional. Also most of the companies that they work with are scams.
