Good values, good people. Innovation is not just a slogan.
Desventajas
Coding standards vary between teams dramatically. Very high demands. Management became posh and pompous. Demands are high, but benefits don't match. Lots of people from Mercury came in to manage. People got higher in rank due to personal relationships (friends from previous workplace). No investment/ lacking investment in future development of staff. No courses. Nothing organized for the people. Site budget got lower, despite the site growing larger. Day to day benefits reduced.
