Ventajas

They pay a fair wage and have clear expectations

Desventajas

If it’s slow they send you home and you don’t get your hours. Full time is not a guarantee even if that’s what you’re hired for. They say VTO (voluntary time off) but it’s mandatory. Lucky if I worked 20 hours, was hired for a full time position.

Ventajas

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Desventajas

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

Ventajas

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Desventajas

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
