Ventajas
- I work full time while being a freelancer, so it is such a great way to earn some extra money and use my native language - Pay is overall very fair. I have an hourly rate, but generally there are flat rates per project or I can even request what I would like to make for the specific job
Desventajas
- Because this is an international environment where you work with people all over the world, you get emails at any time of the day. You will get emails marked "extremely urgent" at 3am, so it can sometimes be a bit stressful as you have to constantly keep up on your emails - Because all communication is via email or via a portal, instructions can sometimes be a bit unclear and confusing, Different people might want things a different way, which can be frustrating at times
