Ventajas
Great co-workers, centric place, nice building. It is a great place to learn about soft skills, customer support, and basic troubleshooting protocols. It is a place to work for a year and go to a better place. No experience nor titles required.
Desventajas
Mediocre and burocratic management, poor employee benefits, not a good salary, they do not pay OT and you have to stay most of time over shift, no motivation nor estimulation, no opportunity to grow, no decent trainings, bad internet connection, absurd and impossible management demands, mishandled information between helpdesk support and customer advocate... Not a good place to stay.
