      Ventajas

      The team was one of the best i have ever worked with.

      Desventajas

      CEO is not ready for a technological company. Technical leadership is the worst I have ever seen. Technical debt projects where there is no plan or ownership are celebrated and glorified by CEO. The supposed CTO is just an excel bureucrat that has close to no knowledge on building and maintaining complex software.
