Ventajas

A smooth interview process started with phone call for confirming the interview schedule. The communications are clear and prompt, there is no guessing work for what the next step is. They treat candidates with respect. For me, there were total 4 rounds interviews: initial screening with HR, hiring manager interview, regional director interview and then deliver a presentation to team. Unlike the other long and draining interviews I had, the time between the first email from HR to the final offer letter was only 28 days! As job seekers , we all experience those emotional toll form the long interviews, therefore I was so grateful they did this less a month!

Desventajas

I don't have negative things to say about this process and company.
