    First round is totally domain specific and one or teo small coding questions may be asked. Second round is mainly a mixed of both domain specific knowledge and more on coding logics, 2 easy to medium dsa questions. Manager is totally scenario based techno managerial discussions. Director is also a techno managerial sort of discussion. HR round is based on compensation and benefits stuffs only.

    I have to drop the offer cause I came to know that the director is pretty rude and un professional, plus i also had better offer than this company.

    Domain specific questions, coding as easy to medium dsa questions, scenario based questions.

Last week our CHRO Dr. Elke Frank was able to join our very first Leadership Conference at Lufthansa Seeheim Centre, Darmstadt. The overarching topics of Leadership and Culture set the stage for the impressive 1.5-day agenda. It was a wonderful opportunity to emphasize what leadership really means. For Elke it is all about actively listening to the colleagues and creating that space for them to feel heard; empowering our teams, so that they feel confident and supported in the work they do and setting direction, so that goals are clear and visions transparent. Finally, as leader you have to know what you stand for. For her was the best thing though seeing so many people getting together in person again after what felt like an exceptionally long time of online-only interactions. A huge thank you to our organizer Claudia Schmenger, our hosts Courtney Brown and Adam Podracky two of our rock star talents , and our special guests for making this conference an enormous success!
