Not a good company : opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Sr. Manager IT en Shell

Too much politics, unhealthy work environment, no career , only if you want a job which pays money it’s good. Incompetent people at roles just cause of politics and buttering. Very unfair in terms of hiring right people for the right job. They say they want rt people at rit roles but don’t actually do it.
