      Salary and financial benefits are the only pros.

      Desventajas

      Shady organization. The company's communication leaves much to be desired, often operating in a rather opaque manner. Decisions are made with a strong influence from individuals with backgrounds in the oil and gas industry, which do not align with the goal of fostering a cleaner future. Furthermore, a recent shift in strategy has led to the unfortunate situation of letting go of talented professionals recently hired from the renewable energy and decarbonization sector. Going in the wrong direction of the world!
