Ventajas

1.Young Organization... Hence experiece of being its part from the begining gets counted in biger picture of Shell oil 2. Good guidance and support from senior leaders 3. As having expats costs a fortune, more and more high rank posts are offered to Indians.. Hence nice growth in less time 4. Good Salary 5. Nice exposure to shell culture 6. Great Internatinal exposure

Desventajas

1. Lack of resource.. Imence work pressure 2. New establishment with young technical professionals- It leads to diffiulties in convincing clients that quality of work is competable to any legacy technical organization of shell. 3.For experienced Indian employees, wh came from other Indian organization, it takes time to get adopted with work & office culture. It is quite a bit different and more professional than indian organizations 4. Stil there are lot of dependancy on Senior expats 5. Long term expat postings are still rarely offered to local staffs
