      Ventajas

      My manager and his manager were both extremely supportive and open to the idea of fresh ideas and new concepts. They let me explore new things along with doing the routine work- overall a very good experience. I would go back.

      Desventajas

      It's hard to start off at a lower level here. They're big on contractors.

      Ventajas

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Desventajas

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
