      Ventajas

      Ability to gain diverse experience. Pushed to learn and grow. School was highly recommended for everyone and conveniently brought on campus. Many clubs, activities, celebrations, fun for all.

      Desventajas

      Peoples lives were turned upside down when Genentech was purchased. Everyone in Nutley was fired and campus closed. The company that they bought got all the best jobs and high pay. Didn't make sense to anyone.

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Desventajas

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
