The pay, benefits, and the strong friendships. Training and coaching is of top quality. Coworkers are great!! Yes your on the clock but still have a great time while your at it.
Desventajas
Constant pressure to put out more,... Everything revolves around the punch in clock, have to be exactly clocked in when you start and exactly clocked out when your shift ends.
