Ventajas

Good onboarding program, super tasty lunch (at least when the department was still working at the HQ)

Desventajas

Don't be fooled by the employer branding! Working as a "customer relations and sales ambassador" is just a fancy title, this is nothing but a call center job. Super stressful, you have to ask for permission to leave your desk for toilet breaks because you're supposed to be on the phone. The full-time salary is completely unliveable for Amsterdam. No opportunities for salary increase or career progression. It would be better for your mental and physical health to work at Albert Heijn or at a bar

- rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
