Desventajas

working in management in different company’s , luxury or affordable lead me to open my eyes to see how ridiculous upper management is. under no circumstances should in 100 degrees weather or right after a snow storm should you be outside begging pedestrians to try your product. they hire , value the most incompetent workers. anywhere from mac makeup management which is intriguing because we all know mac has absolutely no customer service skills but want you to to wear 10 layers of make up which is not what the company represents . also if they move you up enjoy it while it last , because they will demote you any chance they get to compensate you less. management do as they please when they please. extremely unprofessional, they can are negligent to what really matters. they play favorites , extremely high turn over .having said that if you do move up , theyll giving you a position as “acting manager “which just means they won’t compensate you accordingly.
