Consolidation of major missile programs to achieve operating efficiency. There are opportunities within the division and within the company. Not all of them are upward-oriented. There is always some achievement to celebrate - not just program successes but recognition for excellence in all business areas.
Desventajas
Bureaucracy. Technical arrogance. Lack of respect from peers. Working as a defense contractor tends to make us like them. Although the government has many initiatives to operate efficiently there are a lot of contractors and it's often hard to get an answer or see a path to an answer. Nobody seems to have the whole picture. Our organization parallels that image.
