Super easy, hired as a contractor before being as a full time employee. Regular onboarding: tons of paperwork, background checks. Took about a week to get all details ironed out before being thrown into the deep end. Peers more than willing to help out with the getting up to speed.

Very laid back, more having a conversation about the role and what I would be doing than technical questions. Asked a lot of questions about my experience on my resume and my projects in college.
