Ventajas
You get benefits, 401k options and the employee portal was useful for some stuff.
Desventajas
Benefits plans were awful. You're treated like a work horse. All you are is a number to the company. Rules are constantly changing and work environment never seemed to get any better. Constantly added new job task that eventually overwhelm the team. The team is often micromanaged. On boarding training hardly prepares you for what you deal with from rude and demanding clients. Clients are allowed to treat you like complete crap and only on occasion is there any reprehension on their end. Turnover rate was high and there was no retention program that worked as people felt like dirt that the clients could walk all over. When the team was short staffed it took forever to restaff and then more people would leave so it never stayed truly fully staffed and overworked. People who worked their assess off were hardly rewarded.
