Teams are often left without guidance, and decisions are made reactively rather than strategically. The lack of structure and leadership results in a chaotic working environment that has been present for a long time, not just a temporary situation. Overall, it is a highly disorganized company with no clear processes, no stability, and constant changes that negatively affect both employees and business outcomes. I would not recommend this company as a place to work for anyone looking for stability, clear direction, and professional growth.
