Unfortunately, my experience at the company was very negative. The organization is in a constant state of restructuring, with layoffs happening almost every month. This creates an atmosphere of instability and uncertainty that makes it very difficult to work effectively or plan any kind of long-term career development.

The lack of structure and leadership results in a chaotic working environment that has been present for a long time, not just a temporary situation.
