Ventajas
If you do not mind the opportunity to never truly complete a project, this place is for you. You may work very hard to contribute to a project, but unless management reads your important emails regarding project show stoppers the product will eventually lag past its due date. The lack of project management is a very big issue and needs to be addressed.
Desventajas
Keithley is a fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants company. Serious miscommunication at the management and engineering levels is very prominent. Project Managers and engineers have been known to ignore emails that contain pertinent information on a project's deadline. Not enough time is built in to the milestone schedules and a large trickle-down effect is felt by all including shipping and handling. This creates an atmosphere of fear and produces incomplete products and documentation.
